The Agel name is trademarked and it is in the best interest of the long-term viability of the company to maintain a consistent brand and identify‚ therefore, we will provide you with a way to have your own Agel web presence to help you build your business.
What about people who want to hold their spot but don't want to commit to a product order right now?
You can join the business for $35.00. If you don't purchase by the end of the second month you will lose your position.

Why do you need my social security number? Can I give you a different number instead?
These numbers are required for tax and social security validation purposes. You can use a Tax ID# for a business name. If you are not a citizen of the United States, you are required to use your own country identification number.

What is the age limit?
You must be 18 years of age.
How do I cancel my membership?
A team member may terminate his contract at any time, and for any reason, by sending written notice of intent to terminate to the company. Termination becomes effective as of the date the company receives written notice of termination.
What payment methods does Agel accept?
Currently we accept Visa and MasterCard.
Can I pay by personal check?
Yes. You will be able to pay online, with ACH. ACH options will be added soon. You will be able to add bank account tracking and account numbers to make order payment by check. Direct deposit information will also be added so that commission checks can be processed to be paid to your checking or savings account.
What do I need to know about shipping to Canada?
Agel will ship anywhere in Canada if the recipient agrees to the following standard POA authorization:
By ordering goods from Agel, I hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by Agel to act as my agent, and to transact business with Canada Customs Revenue Agency (CCRA) to clear my merchandise, account for applicable duties and taxes, to return merchandise to Agel and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that CCRA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from Agel. In this connection, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund cheque issued by CCRA in my name, so that Agel can be reimbursed. I also waive my need for any receipt of this transaction which may include, classification of goods, transaction number and a breakdown of duties and taxes.
