International Tour

Several key Agel Executives are preparing for International tours later this month. Glen Jensen, Agel CEO and Founder, Darren Jensen, Agel’s Chief Operating Officer, and Jeff Higginson, Agel Vice President of Sales, will be in Japan and Australia for a series of events from April 22 – April 30, 2006. While they are still finalizing their itinerary, we do know they will visit Sydney on April 26, Brisbane on April 28, and Melbourne on April 30. In addition, Brent Jensen, Agel Vice President of Business Development will be visiting Russia at the end of the month. Watch for more details of their travels in next week’s newsletter.

Developing Countries Pay Plan

The experimental Developing Countries Pay Plan introduced last year will be phased out on May 1, 2006. In an effort to stimulate growth in economically challenged regions of the world, the Developing Countries Pay Plan was developed and implemented last summer. However, after watching its progress and effect for nearly a year, Agel has determined it has not been as useful as originally thought. Starting May 1, all Agel Team Members around the world will be enrolled and compensated according to the Developed Countries Agel Pay Plan. This change will only affect a small percentage of the overall Agel Team.

Back Office Tips and Tricks – Preferred Customers

Do you know the difference between an Agel Preferred Customer and an Agel Team Member? For today’s tip the important difference is if you sign a new member up as a preferred customer they will not be eligible for commissions. A new feature in the Agel Back Office now asks if you are sure when enrolling a Preferred Customer. Hopefully this will clear up any misunderstanding or confusion during the enrollment process and help to make sure that Preferred Customers are signed up as Preferred Customers and Team Members are signed up as Team Members.
