Marc and Casey Edwards were looking for a way to reach their financial goals faster. For 10 years they owned and operated a successful construction company but grew weary of the day-to-day commotion of working with staff and contractors. Two years ago, they began searching for a better way to make the income they were accustom too and have more time to spend with their four children.
While looking into real estate development, Casey met two people that would change her life and the lives of her family members- enter Rob and Nicky Horkings. With a simple invite to a business briefing, the Edwards were on their way to achieving their goal of financial freedom.
The Edwards admit that while at the first meeting they did not completely understand the business but what they did understand was the opportunity to participate in the “next big thing,” as well as work with proven performers like the Horkings and Randy Gage.
After signing up they recruited they’re 18-year-old son Jared, who is now advancing through the ranks. On a hunch, Marc visited a contact in New Zealand who also saw the “Agel light” and, according to Marc and Casey, has resulted in some of the strongest growth in their business to date.
One obstacle that threatened to keep the Edwards from reaching their full potential was an overwhelming fear of public speaking. Using Randy Gage as an example, they learned to love getting up before an audience and sharing their methods to success.
The Edwards enthusiasm for Agel has been contagious. For example, during their 7-year-old’s “Career Day”, he was asked what he would like to be when he grows up. He promptly said, “An Agel man like my Daddy.” His teacher was so impressed she is now looking into joining the Agel business.
“The excitement in our lives since we have joined Agel and the wonderful new friends we’ve made, who we would have never met otherwise, have made this journey one of the best decisions we have ever made,” said the Edwards.
