During a recent Super Friday event in Israel, Agel team members organized a group of 15 children, ages 9 through 13, to form a group called Agel Kids. By collecting donations, Agel Kids purchased gifts and materials to present to the Schneider Medical Center, a children’s hospital in Petach Tikvah. Similar contributions were made by Agel Israel.

On two separate occasions, team members accompanied Agel Kids as they visited the children’s hospital and joined them as they played, danced and performed skits. Those in attendance said it was great to see the joy and happiness it brought to the children at the hospital, as well as to the Agel Kids.

As the summer ends, we enter the most productive time of the year in network marketing. Fall typically is the season when business explodes and massive growth takes place. As a company, we are gearing up to break even more enrollment and sales records.

It is exciting to look back at our phenomenal progress and see how the decisions we made, over a year ago, have had a direct impact on thousands of lives today. The same is true for each of you in your own individual businesses. Everything you enjoy today is a direct result of the decisions you made yesterday. As we enter the most productive time of year for our industry, I contemplate what each us must do to make the most of the Agel opportunity. I remember an economic theory from years ago. It stated that, “a rising tide lifts all boats.” If the economy itself gets larger, all participants in the economy will likewise progress. That was the thought.

Now I am not an economist and don’t claim to know whether or not that is true of an economy, but I can tell you with absolute certainty that it is not true in Agel! If Agel grows by 10 percent this month, does that mean that by definition your business will also grow?

Randy Schroeder traded in a stack of stocks and bonds and the life of a New York City stockbroker for an MLM in 1990 and has been beating the S&P 500 ever since.

In fact, in one ten year period starting in the early 90s, Randy Schroeder generated $17 million in income. Greetings all, I have just returned from an extended international tour of our Asia markets. WOW is about all I can say!

Following this presentation, we will HAVE FUN, participating in the Agel intro party until around midnight.

Randy Schroeder: Yesterday the first shipment of products arrived at the Agel warehouse in Utah and first deliveries will shortly arrive at your doorstep. What has been until now somewhat vague in some people's minds will immediately become tangible..Agel HAS ARRIVED!!

When we started this process in late January, it took a bit of faith and quite a bit of courage. It also took patience. When I encouraged people to join me in January, a common question was "when do I get paid"?. Even in our affluent society, most families are not able to go 90 days without income.

The result has been that the vast majority of our participants have been VERY part time. Now, fist checks are only 30 days away...and they will blow people's minds!
