Team Volume Commissions are the basic way you'll generate long-term income with Agel—income that will grow as your team grows. They are based on your Commissionable Volume. Here's how it works:

Build your two-leg business structure.
Each business center at Agel has two legs. As you and your team members find new people to enroll, you will add them below your other team members in each leg of your business.

The total number of dollars spent on enrollment, autoship, and other product orders by the team members in each of leg of your business is converted into "Commissionable Volume" or CV. An Executive Kit enrollment, Personal Pack enrollment, and each of the different boxes of product have different CV values assigned to them (see the order pages in your online backoffice for details—whenever you place an order, you will be informed of the CV value of that order). The leg that generates less total CV for any given month is considered your "lesser leg" for that month.

Now that you've set up shop, it's time to get your business going. This requires you to build a team and get the word out about all the benefits of joining Agel. Here's how:

* Build your initial list.
The first step is to make an initial list of potential team members. This list needs to be extensive in order to be effective, so you should aim to have at least a hundred people on it.
* Look to those closest to you first.
When building your list, it might be tempting to "not bother" your family or friends. But, in reality, you're not bothering them, you're just introducing them to something you are excited about—the same way you tell them about the movies and books or vacations you have enjoyed. Do you have friends who'd benefit from good nutrition? How about family members who aren't happy with their work? If so, put them at the top of your list—because you care about them and want to provide them with opportunity.

Marcia Dadds, MS, RD, CDN, Registered Dietitian, New York State Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, and American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, has been successfully educating and coaching individuals and groups to meet their nutrition and fitness goals for the past 17 years. She holds an M.S. in Nutrition Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and professional fitness certifications from Marymount Manhattan College and the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

On an Ivy-league medical school campus, Marcia provides nutrition counseling and teaches wellness/nutrition to future physicians and other allied health care providers. She is a Nutrition Therapist for a premier New York City-based outpatient eating disorders treatment program and also provides personalized online nutrition counseling to clients enrolled in a popular bestselling author/cardiologist's web-based weight management program. Additionally, she was consulting RD to a National Institute of Health- funded curriculum development project for adolescent overweight prevention, exercise, and healthier eating.

Craig Bradley, long time friend and collaborator of Glen Jensen, was present for the genesis of Agel. When Glen dreamed up Suspension Gel Technology, he called Craig with the idea. A 19-year veteran of the network marketing industry, Craig knew he was on to something.

Craig and Glen lead Agel by playing against one another's strengths. Older than most of the others on the executive team, Craig is likened to the experienced pilot who has logged the most hours. There are few business situations he hasn't witnessed during his tenure in the industry. Agel recently announced the opening of a second Eastern European country. Agel Ukraine opened for business last month, and is quickly expanding throughout the country. All five Agel products, along with the innovative Agel Pay Plan are available to Team Members living and working in Ukraine. Vladimir Kozachenko is the new Director of Agel Ukraine. Vladimir brings ten years of industry experience to his new job.

Many of you may not know or remember, but it was about this time last year that we officially “kicked-off” Agel at an event in Salt Lake City. And while it has been exciting, enlightening, and entertaining to be a part of a new company from its very inception and watch it grow into a successful enterprise, I honestly believe that right now is the best time to be a part of and active in this remarkable company. Agel opened Russia on Wednesday, March 1, 2006 for an initial pre-launch period. The enrollment process is now underway. Starting last Wednesday, Agel Team Members from anywhere can sign up a new Russian Team Member online as they would anyone from any other country, with the following exceptions:

1) When signing up a new team member in Russia, they will use their Passport Number as their ID number. This number is normally 10 numeric digits

2) Russia will launch with Agel EXO and Agel FIT only. These products will begin shipping throughout Russia starting on Monday, March 6.
