Team Volume Commissions

Team Volume Commissions are the basic way you'll generate long-term income with Agel—income that will grow as your team grows. They are based on your Commissionable Volume. Here's how it works:

Build your two-leg business structure.
Each business center at Agel has two legs. As you and your team members find new people to enroll, you will add them below your other team members in each leg of your business.

The total number of dollars spent on enrollment, autoship, and other product orders by the team members in each of leg of your business is converted into "Commissionable Volume" or CV. An Executive Kit enrollment, Personal Pack enrollment, and each of the different boxes of product have different CV values assigned to them (see the order pages in your online backoffice for details—whenever you place an order, you will be informed of the CV value of that order). The leg that generates less total CV for any given month is considered your "lesser leg" for that month.

Start Building Your Team

Now that you've set up shop, it's time to get your business going. This requires you to build a team and get the word out about all the benefits of joining Agel. Here's how:

    * Build your initial list.
The first step is to make an initial list of potential team members. This list needs to be extensive in order to be effective, so you should aim to have at least a hundred people on it.
* Look to those closest to you first.
When building your list, it might be tempting to "not bother" your family or friends. But, in reality, you're not bothering them, you're just introducing them to something you are excited about—the same way you tell them about the movies and books or vacations you have enjoyed. Do you have friends who'd benefit from good nutrition? How about family members who aren't happy with their work? If so, put them at the top of your list—because you care about them and want to provide them with opportunity.

Craig Bradley President and Co-founder

Craig Bradley, long time friend and collaborator of Glen Jensen, was present for the genesis of Agel. When Glen dreamed up Suspension Gel Technology, he called Craig with the idea. A 19-year veteran of the network marketing industry, Craig knew he was on to something.

Craig and Glen lead Agel by playing against one another's strengths. Older than most of the others on the executive team, Craig is likened to the experienced pilot who has logged the most hours. There are few business situations he hasn't witnessed during his tenure in the industry. This wisdom proves vital to Agel time and again, and provides plenty of fodder for the analogies Craig is known to use to get his point across.

Executive Team

Innovation starts with clarity of vision and flawlessness in execution. Our corporate management team exhibits an unmatched vision and unbeatable execution. If you're looking for proof, consider the growth strategy and positioning they created, which in turn quickly produced an industry standout. In our first year, we've grown both in sales and in territory at an unprecedented pace. Most network marketing companies experience a fraction of our growth in their first several years. But we've only just begun. Within five years, we're targeted to be in the industry's top 10—and we'd like to have you be a part of that growth.

Obstacle Illusions

Many of you may not know or remember, but it was about this time last year that we officially “kicked-off” Agel at an event in Salt Lake City. And while it has been exciting, enlightening, and entertaining to be a part of a new company from its very inception and watch it grow into a successful enterprise, I honestly believe that right now is the best time to be a part of and active in this remarkable company. The phenomenal growth phase is just beginning.

A few years ago while attending a training seminar, the instructor had us memorize the following quote from poet Ella Wheeler Wilcox: “There is no chance, no destiny, no fate; that can circumvent, or hinder, or control, the firm resolve of a determined soul.” I believe this to be at the core of our success today. We are determined to provide you with unique products, a powerful Pay Plan, the right tools, an effective culture, and an incredible support team. We are determined to help everyone achieve physical and financial independence.

Team Member Spotlight: Tony and Sarah Zolecki

In June 2005, Tony and Sarah Zolecki started fresh. Their world had been tipped upside-down forever. Not only were they starting their new life together, but they were also embarking on a journey with a brand new company.

Tony and Sarah got excited when they were introduced to Agel by Eric Worre. At the time, they were tired of the corporate rat race, but weren’t sure how to escape it. Tony had spent years on the finance side of the automobile industry, and Sarah had been recruiting executives for an accounting firm. To the outside world they were doing well, but what they really wanted was the time and money to do things they wanted to do, not what others wanted them to do.

President’s Message

We all know that December is a wonderful time of year. If you haven’t already started, you will soon be working your way through a Christmas gift list for family and friends in the mist of all the holiday hustle and excitement. Or you’ll be engaged in attending holiday gatherings for work, church, and social groups. Anyway you dice it, the holidays are usually busy, sometimes hectic, and always fun.

Many of you have already made plans to take full advantage of the season’s opportunities. That’s great! With only a few weeks left in 2005, now is the time to sponsor someone new, now is the time to focus on your business, and now is the time to stretch for more. Instead of offering gifts that will end up in the attic or returned to Goodwill, why not give a gift that will change a life? You could become the most popular and loved guy around. What better gift could you give than that of good health and on-going financial security?

Agel Spotlight - Eric Worre — Determined Agel Team Leader

Building a successful network marketing business is second nature to Agel team member and leader Eric Worre. For 10 plus years, Eric has earned an average yearly income of more than $1 million.

At three different times in his life he created sales organizations of at least 100,000 distributors each. In addition to building a network of successful distributors, Eric knows how to manage and maintain a strong organization, having developed and later sold his own successful company and served in senior management positions for other large, successful businesses. Key to Eric's success is finding the right opportunity at the right time, and this is where his association with Agel comes into play.

Gary Hasson: $500+ incentive

Gary Hasson: Melissa & I are going to give a cash prize to the Agel Team Member with the most guests at the Kick-off event Friday evening, May 13th.

I'm confident that those who build aggressively for this event will see their business explode with growth over the coming months.

The event is free for everyone. We are going to have fun and Agel is picking up the bill. It's your chance to invite friends to have a good time, enjoy good food, try the Agel product and get a good look at Agel in our infancy.

We will never be this small of a company ever again. We will look back on this event with great memories for years to come.
