The Eight Ways to reaching maximum income

The Eight Ways to reaching maximum income

1. Retail Sales

Want to make a profit quickly and easily? Then retail sales might be the way to go. With this approach, you buy Agel products at wholesale prices and then sell them at the suggested retail price. It's like you're an Agel store, providing easy access to incredible products that address critical health and wellness needs.

Sell autoship to generate regular retail profits.
Instead of selling single boxes, set up autoshipments of your retail sales directly with customers. This way your customers are ensured of getting their wellness needs met consistently, while you are generating reliable monthly profits. When your retail customer or "Preferred Customer" opts for autoship, you can place them to the side of one of the two legs in your business (you have to choose which one and once placed they cannot be moved). They will not qualify for commissions but their purchases will be counted as part of your Commissionable Volume.

Jeff Higginson Vice President of Sales

Jeff Higginson has often said, "What attracts people to Agel is the chance to build better lives for others while improving one's own. Seen through this lens, Jeff is a perfect role model. When not traveling the globe to nurture a growing and enthusiastic team, Jeff can be found leading local city council meetings, volunteering as Santa Claus, coaching high school sports, or spending time with his wife and three children. Service to others is a formula that works for Jeff.

He honed his sales and marketing skills during a decade in the automotive industry that found him as the top salesman month after month after month—79 straight months during one run, in fact. Numerous awards attest to his dedication and hard work.

As a Man Thinketh...

What a fantastic month! Not only did we witness Billy Looper and Wes Anderson become our newest Diamond Directors, our recruiting and sales continue to move up by incredible margins. There are some companies that are "settling in for a nice winter's nap" but Agel is just getting started. We are set to achieve phenomenal results as we close out 2006 and move into our next growth phase. I thank each of you for your dedication and hard work as we continue our mission to spread health and hope to the entire world.

As I've been pondering over what has brought about these recent achievements, I'm brought back to the determining factor for any success (or failure) in life. It is totally in your attitude. As William James put it, "The greatest discovery of this generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind." In other words, if you think you can or if you think you can't, either way, you're right.

The DSA is a national trade association serving the needs and representing the interests of firms that market directly to consumers though personal contact. Its mission is to ensure that the marketing by member companies of products and/or the direct sales opportunity is conducted with the highest level of business ethics and service to consumers.

Direct selling companies making application for active membership in the Direct Selling Association are considered “pending members” for at least one full year prior to being approved for membership by DSA’s Board of Directors.

What is Network Marketing?

Network Marketing is also known as Multi-Level-Marketing (MLM) or Referral Marketing. Although it has been around since the early part of the last century, for many people, it is still unfamiliar territory.

It is a very good way of starting a profitable, full-time business with little or no investment. It is also a good method of starting a second or part-time business to run alongside your existing business, career or lifestyle.

In most cases it involves selling a product or service which is produced and supplied by a mother company. You take on the responsibilities of selling the products and introducing other people to the company. You get paid commission on the products or services sold by yourself and a smaller commission on the products or services sold by the people you have introduced to the company. In addition to this, you often get a percentage commission based on the sales of the people who- 'the people you introduced'- introduced, and so on.

Taste is Important!

Taste, as you might imagine, is very important to everyone here at Agel. Corporate employees spend time almost every week sampling new flavor variations. Those developing the products are concerned about staying on top. They are continually striving to improve flavor consistency, aftertaste, and a technical term they call “mouthfeel,” in addition to making sure that the ingredients used are of the highest quality, the gels are always the right consistency, and the food value in the gels is first rate. It doesn’t take a scholar to realize that most people will not voluntarily continue to consume a product they don’t like, whether or not it is actually good for them.

The Plan

When evaluating any business venture, you should ask the following questions: “How do I make money? What is the total profit potential? And what portion of the earnings will be perpetual, or what is known as “residual income?” Don’t be shy asking about the upside. If you’re really savvy, you’ll also ask about leverage in the business and how you can potentially benefit from it. Any new business has logistical struggles. You can’t afford to compound the frustration by buying into a business that also has financial woes. Start by looking for something that is already rock solid in the income department.

Triple Threat

No matter your approach to building your independent business, Agel has a recommendation that everyone can follow. We call it the Three 3s. It is what you can do individually to prepare for weekly ABBs and monthly Super Saturdays and annual Agel Conferences. It’s catchy and it’s simple:

1) Talk to at least three people a day about Agel.
2) Take three prospects to Agel Business Briefings (ABB) each week.
3) Enroll three Team Members a month.

Promise yourself you’ll accomplish these goals. They’re attainable, measurable tasks that form the very foundation of your success. If a week passes and you have only one prospect—reevaluate your drive, recommit yourself, and reconnect with the Agel lifestyle.

Compensation

The way people are compensated has always been a challenge for companies in this industry. There are nearly as many pay plan variations as there are direct sells companies. Companies struggle to get the right elements in their pay plans that encourage proper networking behavior, generate loyalty, and fairly compensate those who do the work. The struggle has left a trail of disenchanted individuals who put in a lot of hard work, energy and time, as well as sacrificing their family togetherness to pursue a dream, only to be disappointed. Despite the problems, those same people who left the business are continually pulled back in because of the vision and the concept.
