These ten simple steps provide a proven pathway to success. Many people just like you have followed these exact steps and achieved their goals. But remember, they lead to success. You still have to do your part to make it to your final destination.
What is your part? Once again, it starts with hard work. Like any other business, you have to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done. That means you don't merely read through these ten steps. You memorize them, internalize them, live them.
Also keep in mind that this isn't a sprint. If you go hard and fast for a week and then stop putting in the hours the next and forget to follow the ten steps, you'll accomplish little.

Where can I find the Agel Pay Plan online?
The Agel Compensation Plan can be found in the Opportunity section of the website. It can also be found on the resources page of the Agel backoffice.
When will I be paid?
Team Members who earn a commission during a given month will be paid for that month on the 15th day of the following month.
Why do I have to wait until the 15th?
The Agel Accounting Department follows very reliable and detailed systems to process and clear credit cards, make sure products are actually shipped and received as reported, and accurately calculate commissions for all of our markets.

Perseverance: Steady persistence in adhering to a course of action, a belief or a purpose. This is one of the greatest character traits we can acquire as we build our Agel business. Easier said than done! I greatly admire those who take the time, effort and commitment to do just that. Those who begin their Agel journey understanding that it takes time, time and more time are seldom disappointed with the result.
Charles F. Kettering, inventor of the self-starting automobile ignition system, was once quoted as saying, “Keep on going and the chances are you will stumble on something, perhaps when you are least expecting it. I have never heard of anyone stumbling on something when sitting down.”

A recent article in Parade shed new light on the struggle to live the American Dream. The article dated April 23, 2006, posed the question, “Is the American Dream still possible?” Parade surveyed more than 2,200 Americans, of whom 84 percent described themselves as belonging to the middle class. What they found was that more and more middle class families are feeling the pinch. To be considered “Middle Class” once meant working right up until retirement age, living well, and enjoying financial security. Today that comfortable and contented family lifestyle is more elusive than it has ever been.

My family believes I’m crazy. I have been traveling from coast to coast and across the pacific to Japan. They say I should be worn out, but strangely I feel energized. It comes from seeing your enthusiasm, energy, and excitement. I thank you for your belief and your passion for what we are accomplishing. Today, we are not only changing lives and helping people, but also redefining industry standards and setting records along the way.
As we continue to ride this wave of momentum, it becomes more and more obvious to me that those who are enjoying the greatest success in Agel are those who are boldly embracing the products and the opportunity and telling their story to everyone they meet. I believe when you find something that touches your life, it’s virtually impossible to keep it a secret.

Why are so many professionals drawn to work at home? The answer is simple. It offers a low-risk venture with the potential of an exceptionally high return.
With direct sales from home you have low overhead, no accounts receivable, no payroll, and no geographical boundaries. In addition, the business can be conducted from anyplace on earth. The truth is with direct sales anyone can become successful, independent of gender, race, culture, heritage, education, or other social or economic background. The key is the individual’s personal connections and genuine commitment to hard work sustained over a period of time.

When you are the owner of a home business, you will find hundreds of distractions that vie for your time, energy and focus. Common distractions include: children, family, friends, neighbors, pets, phone calls, mail, household chores, video games, television, neighborhood children, visitors, and so many more.
As an owner of a home based business, you must always remember your purpose in bringing your profession home. What was your reason for wanting to own a home business? Was your goal to work from home so that you can share in the lives of your children? Was your goal to be out from under the rule of a tyrannical boss? Was your goal to have the freedom to work when it is convenient for you? Was your goal to make tons of money working for yourself?

This article is directed to all you parents out there with pre-school children who would prefer to quit your jobs and stay at home with the kids but think you can't because you think you "need" a second income. Don't be so sure. That 9 to 5 grind may be costing you more than it's paying you.
Let's say you're a parent of two pre-school children and you're earning $25,000 a year ($500 a week) in your full-time job. Let's see where the money goes.
First of all, you don't have family nearby to care for your children while you're working so you put them in daycare. That takes care of $150 a week, leaving $350.
