Watching the Olympics is certainly a source of national pride and an amazing experience. Being able to witness a world-class athletes as they compete against the very best, and themselves, is a compelling show.

I have to admit I watched each event with Michael Phelps as he went for the never achieved before goal of eight gold medals. And tomorrow at midnight Miami time, I can’t wait to see the Argentina futball game. But I’ll tell you this…

The Olympics are addicting. And most of the world is spending six or eight hours a day, transfixed with them. But most of the world is broke.

Agel Corporate Tours

Agel is again offering free bus tours of the Agel corporate headquarters and manufacturing site prior to AgelWorld. Last year's tours were very popular and filled up quickly. This year, all tours will depart from the Salt Palace in Salt Lake City on Thursday, September 4, with the first tour leaving promptly at 9:00 am. Additional tours leave every half hour with the last bus leaving at 3:00 pm. Although the cost is free, participants must be pre-registered.

"After AgelWorld, I realized that there were still dreams to be had," said Gail. "I learned that it was okay for me to dream again and achieve new levels of personal development."

Gail has spent most of her life dedicated to others, namely by being a foster care provider to dozen's of children over the last 18 years, and mother to three biological and two adopted children for the last 27 years. Now that you've set up shop, it's time to get your business going. This requires you to build a team and get the word out about all the benefits of joining Agel. Here's how:

* Build your initial list.
The first step is to make an initial list of potential team members. This list needs to be extensive in order to be effective, so you should aim to have at least a hundred people on it.
* Look to those closest to you first.
When building your list, it might be tempting to "not bother" your family or friends. But, in reality, you're not bothering them, you're just introducing them to something you are excited about—the same way you tell them about the movies and books or vacations you have enjoyed. Do you have friends who'd benefit from good nutrition? How about family members who aren't happy with their work? If so, put them at the top of your list—because you care about them and want to provide them with opportunity.

Marcia Dadds, MS, RD, CDN, Registered Dietitian, New York State Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, and American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, has been successfully educating and coaching individuals and groups to meet their nutrition and fitness goals for the past 17 years. She holds an M.S. in Nutrition Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and professional fitness certifications from Marymount Manhattan College and the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

On an Ivy-league medical school campus, Marcia provides nutrition counseling and teaches wellness/nutrition to future physicians and other allied health care providers. J. Todd Nilson, MD is a board certified Anesthesiologist at American Fork Hospital in Utah where he has been a member of the Medical Executive Committee, as well as Anesthesia Section Chief. He is currently practicing all aspects of Anesthesia in private clinical practice.

He graduated with honors from St. Louis School of Medicine where he received his M.D. degree in 1992. He completed a surgical internship at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado, and then completed an anesthesia residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, where he took special interest in chronic pain management. Prior to medical school, Dr. Nilson completed a bachelor's degree in Italian at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
