Between events and various ABBs and PBRs, the duo squeezed in a moment for a quick interview. Here's what Billy and Wes had to say about their recent rank advancement.

So you just hit Double Diamond. How do you feel?
Wes: To be honest, we have never been more excited about our business than we are right now. We're seeing so many of our team members hitting ranks and having fun and the business just seems that much more contagious right now. I've never been more excited to wake up and do Agel as I am today.

The Eight Ways to reaching maximum income

1. Retail Sales

Want to make a profit quickly and easily? Then retail sales might be the way to go. With this approach, you buy Agel products at wholesale prices and then sell them at the suggested retail price. It's like you're an Agel store, providing easy access to incredible products that address critical health and wellness needs.

Sell autoship to generate regular retail profits.
Instead of selling single boxes, set up autoshipments of your retail sales directly with customers. This way your customers are ensured of getting their wellness needs met consistently, while you are generating reliable monthly profits. When your retail customer or "Preferred Customer" opts for autoship, you can place them to the side of one of the two legs in your business (you have to choose which one and once placed they cannot be moved). They will not qualify for commissions but their purchases will be counted as part of your Commissionable Volume.

Glen Jensen is an 18-year veteran of the network marketing industry, with humble roots beginning as a customer service representative while he was attending college.
