A frequent Employee of the Month wherever he has worked, Kyle Copeland was employed by a series of global companies, including Ernst & Young, before joining the Agel team to help bring the company to all corners of the world.

Kyle would much rather spend his leisure time on the back nine in a golf cart than roughing it in the backcountry. When not focused on working hard to make Agel the best company it can be, chances are he'll be watching his golf idol Tiger Woods in action, even traveling to watch him win the Master's in 2005.

Kyle is a CPA, holds a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of South Florida. Hailing from a family of seven children, he and his wife have three children of their own and live in Highland, Utah.

Before I joined the network marketing industry, I was an insurance agent. I was one of the top three percent insurance agents in my company worldwide. Although earning a six-figure yearly income, I couldn't really enjoy a six-figure income lifestyle because of the high target I had to maintain every month. I felt that I was pushing a boulder up a mountain. When I pushed, it moved. When I stopped, it stopped. But when I walked away, it rolled right back down to where I started! I simply couldn't walk away.

The concept of “walk-away residual income” attracted me to take a look at the network marketing industry in 2000 and I never looked back. I later joined a NASDAQ listed network marketing company. By employing Randy Gage's system, I became the top distributor in Singapore. I hit a plateau with the company's compensation plan and decided to retire from the company a year ago.

Vice President of Business Development Brent Jensen and Regional Manager of ANZ and Greater China Jeremiah Bradley are touring the Australia-New Zealand market this week and next. Double Diamond Director Rob Horkings will accompany them as they host ABBs in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland. The cost for each corporate sponsored event is $10 for team members and, as always, guests are free.

Vice President of Global Sales Jeff Higginson and Vice President of Corporate Affairs Jesse Riddle will be joined by Paul Caldwell on Sept. 23 for a Super Saturday event in Wanchai, Hong Kong.

There’s big news in the Agel Back Office today! The expanded flash version of the Agel Tree View is now online with an array of great new tools to help you manage your team. To access the new tree view, you can log into the Agel Back Office and click on “Downline Report” under “Member Information.” The link to the new feature is “View Flash Downline Tree.”

The exciting new feature allows users to view multiple levels at a time and still zoom in and out on individual Team Members. In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, a new list of functions lets you highlight all those in your organizations who are currently on Autoship, or who qualify for commissions in a given month, or who have reached a certain rank. It also provides a better table, showing the volume in your right and left legs.
