"We are here because of our dreams," said Shai Samuel, after being recognized as Agel's eighth Diamond Director during the Israel Convention on May 15th.

Shai lives in Haifa, Israel, with his wife, Yaffa, and three children: Ori, age 15, Yuval, age 13, and Amit, age 11. He has worked as a computer technician for the last 25 years and as a Systems Applications and Products (SAP) financial consultant for the last seven. In this capacity, he has led several computer projects for the biggest companies in Israel while Yaffa managed financial operations for a major firm.

Build your two-leg business structure.
Each business center at Agel has two legs. As you and your team members find new people to enroll, you will add them below your other team members in each leg of your business.

The total number of dollars spent on enrollment, autoship, and other product orders by the team members in each of leg of your business is converted into "Commissionable Volume" or CV. An Executive Kit enrollment, Personal Pack enrollment, and each of the different boxes of product have different CV values assigned to them (see the order pages in your online backoffice for details—whenever you place an order, you will be informed of the CV value of that order). The leg that generates less total CV for any given month is considered your "lesser leg" for that month.

Agel team members are not only building great businesses and improving lives but they are inspiring others to do the same- namely their children.

During a recent Super Friday event in Israel, Agel team members organized a group of 15 children, ages 9 through 13, to form a group called Agel Kids. By collecting donations, Agel Kids purchased gifts and materials to present to the Schneider Medical Center, a children’s hospital in Petach Tikvah. Similar contributions were made by Agel Israel.

On two separate occasions, team members accompanied Agel Kids as they visited the children’s hospital and joined them as they played, danced and performed skits. Those in attendance said it was great to see the joy and happiness it brought to the children at the hospital, as well as to the Agel Kids.

Financial freedom and independence- two things Ludmilla Koroleva sought after for as long as she can remember. And though the road to financial freedom is often paved with good intentions, for Ludmilla it was never quite what she was looking for. Until joining Agel.

Her childhood dream was to become a great designer but her parents opposed a career that offered no stability. So she studied economics and found a good dependable job. Unfortunately, her hard work seemed only to advance her boss’s career while she remained mostly unnoticed.

Hanan and Gitit are the owners of a civil law office in Tel Aviv, Israel. Gitit has been a lawyer since 1991. She specializes in women’s labor rights. She also moonlights as a tour guide and diving instructor. Hanan specializes in commercial and real estate law. He is also a diving instructor and businessman. Gitit and Hanan have three children; Yam, Nov and Shir, who are trying to comprehend the perturbation that has affected their parents in recent months. Gitit and Hanan started their way in Agel without any previous background or experience in the field of Multi-level marketing. In a short time, the network they developed grew, and today it includes thousands of team members.

Starting Sunday, January 22, 2006, and continuing on Monday, the first Agel Regional Event in Israel will get underway. Representatives from corporate headquarters and ASH Capital, as well as several Agel Team Leaders will be in attendance along with a projected 1,200 Team Members from Israel. Glen Jensen, Agel Founder and CEO, is scheduled to address the large gathering and Randy Schroeder, Agel Advisory Board Member and Double Diamond Director will conduct several training sessions.

On Sunday, January 22, 2006, founder and CEO Glen Jensen, and Director of Israel, Brent Jensen, along with Field Leaders Ann Feinstein and Randy Schroeder will be traveling to Israel for the first ever Agel Israel Regional. In the middle of November, Brent Jensen, Director of International, and Jeff Higginson, Director of Sales, spent a productive week at the Agel office in Airport City, Israel. When they returned, they reported that many great things are happening there now that Agel products have finally been approved and received. Perhaps the most exciting is that new enrollments and product orders finished strong for November with an upward trend that should continue that growth in December and beyond.

While in Israel, Higginson and Jensen traveled to several major cities and held mini training meetings with dedicated Team Members. “We introduced the Agel Culture and taught Team Members how to work their business. It was like a mini-Orlando everywhere we went,” said Higginson. “The people were very open and receptive to our message. Michael Sandler is doing a great job as General Manager of the Israel office, and we are very optimistic about the future of Agel in that land.”
