Our Leveraged Matching Bonus is one of the most innovative compensation plan elements in the history of the network marketing industry. It is also how those aiming for incredible success can generate the income necessary to meet their goals.

Why is it innovative?
This plan allows you to multiply your earnings as your organization grows. In addition to the Team Volume Commissions you earn on your lesser leg, you can earn up to 50% of the Team Volume Commissions being earned by any team members that you have personally sponsored. Think of that! You can also receive a percentage of the Team Volume Commissions being earned by the people in their team structure—up to 7 generations down. The amount of Leveraged Matching Bonus you receive for each team member in your structure differs depending upon your leadership status in the organization and their relationship to the team member you personally sponsored.

Set Wellness Goals

Japan | nutrition

Being healthy is a big part of being happy. If you're sick or out of shape, you can easily miss out on much of life's richness. It's even more important to be healthy when you're an Agel team member. You offer a wellness product, so looking and feeling healthy is important. If you're not fit yet, start moving in the right direction. Use the Agel products and work towards defined wellness goals. Soon you'll have a testimonial all your own to share with others about what Agel products have done for you.

Your wellness goals can be a target weight, a distance you walk or run every week, a more toned body, or a diet with less fast food and more fresh vegetables. Here are a few things to consider as you set these goals:

Boldness: The Ultimate Key to Success?

Japan | agel stories

Most of my family thinks I’m crazy. I have been traveling from coast to coast and across the pacific to Japan and back again. They think I should be worn out by now. Strangely enough, I feel more energized than ever. It all comes from seeing your enthusiasm, energy and excitement. I thank you for your belief and your passion for what we are accomplishing. Today, we are not only changing lives, but setting records and redefining industry standards.

As we continue to ride this wave of momentum, it becomes more and more obvious to me that those who are enjoying the greatest blessings from Agel are those who are boldly embracing the product and the opportunity and declaring their story to everyone they meet. When you find something that touches lives, it’s hard to keep it a secret.

Masaru Ishii

Japan | agel distributor

Masaru Ishii's first encounter with a multi-level marketing company was eyed with suspicion. At the time he was fulfilling a dream of working as a flourishing independent architect designer. Still, when a contact in a major construction company invited him to check out a MLM company, his curiosity was stirred, not enough to join but enough to begin studying the company and the MLM industry in general.

Masaru said it wasn’t until he bought one of the company’s products and felt the effects on his body that he was hooked. From that point on, he couldn’t help but share his new discovery with all his friends and family.

Prospering for a Lifetime

Robert Kiyosaki, author of the Rich Dad, Poor Dad series of books and tapes, asserts that, when it comes to making money, everyone falls into one of four categories: employees, the self-employed, business owners, and investors. He shows the four categories on a chart graph with one horizontal and one vertical line. He calls it a “Cash Flow Quadrant.” Everyone on the left side of the quadrant, namely employees and the self-employed, spend their time working for money. Everyone on the right side (business owners and investors) is busy putting money to work for them.

Kiyosaki’s own “Poor Dad” told him to go to school, get good grades so you could get a good secure job for 40 years and retire with a pension. His “Rich Dad” said that this is what 97% of Americans do and they are essentially poor. The other three percent, who put money to work for them, are the wealthiest people alive.

President's Message – Abundance

Japan | agel business

After jetting back from a week in Japan followed by a very successful Super Saturday in Sacramento, I am pleased to report efforts are moving forward at an exhilarating pace. Many here in the United States as well as those in our foreign markets have embraced our universal vision to improve health and hope throughout the world. I am truly grateful to be associated with such remarkable people.

Have you ever noticed that something magical happens when you count blessings? Our minds turn away from bitterness, self pity, and self doubt and we face outward to recognize and acknowledge all that we do have. The quality of our life changes when we look for what is there rather than what is missing. Many authors have written about how this attitude of gratitude is the basis for building an abundance mentality.
