It has been a fantastic month here at Agel—our strongest to date. We launched our newly reformulated protein gel, PRO, and followed that up with the announcement of a truly innovative new gel product—and one that I'm convinced will drive huge volume and attract a hoard of new customers—HRT.

I had the added privilege of traveling to London to announce the release of our superstar joint health gel, FLX, to the European Union.

We had fantastic gatherings in Russia, Israel (over 4,000 people), London, and Orlando, Florida. And in the wake of those meetings and in preparation for our annual AgelWorld convention, Agel team leaders are staging pre-sold convention lead-up events in dozens of markets.

The Expense Account is yet another perk of reaching Senior Director status or above. This lump sum is paid to you monthly to help you defray the costs of building your business. You may spend it as you see fit, with no monthly expense reports required.

When you reach the level of Senior Director or above, you start receiving additional rewards for your success. One reward you'll receive is the Luxury Car Bonus. Although this bonus is designed to pay for vehicles and related costs, you aren't required to turn in any receipts and can use this bonus in any way you see fit.

Our Leveraged Matching Bonus is one of the most innovative compensation plan elements in the history of the network marketing industry. It is also how those aiming for incredible success can generate the income necessary to meet their goals.

Why is it innovative?
This plan allows you to multiply your earnings as your organization grows. In addition to the Team Volume Commissions you earn on your lesser leg, you can earn up to 50% of the Team Volume Commissions being earned by any team members that you have personally sponsored. Think of that! You can also receive a percentage of the Team Volume Commissions being earned by the people in their team structure—up to 7 generations down. There are weekly leadership calls both at the local level and for top-tier team members. As you start your business, be sure to engage with your team leadership. Then as you advance, take advantage of the insight provided by our most outstanding team members. Here are some ways to take full advantage of the weekly leadership calls:

* Engage with your team leadership.
Weekly leadership calls will put you in regular contact with your team—which can be a great way to increase your knowledge and improve your own success.
* Talk to your sponsor about when and where.
Not sure what calls you can participate in or when they're held? Talk to your sponsor. He or she should know these details and forward them on to you.

If step three was setting up shop, step four is making sure your shop is well-stocked. With autoship, you always have the product and support materials you need to build your business over time.

* Autoship product.
Having autoshipped product isn't mandatory, but it's absolutely essential to your business success. Why? Introduction

These Policies and Procedures, the Team Member Application and Agreement, and Sales Compensation Plan, constitute the complete Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement�) between a Team Member and Agel Enterprises, LLC (referred to herein as "the Company�).

The Company has sole discretion to modify any of these documents. These Polices & Procedures, or any changes, alterations, additions, deletions or amendments thereto will be posted on the Company's website and will be effective concurrent with the date of posting.

Conflicts of Provisions. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with the terms of the Policies and Procedures, the Compensation Plan or the Team Member Application, these Terms and Conditions shall control. (Please see Terms and Conditions attached as an addendum.)

A frequent Employee of the Month wherever he has worked, Kyle Copeland was employed by a series of global companies, including Ernst & Young, before joining the Agel team to help bring the company to all corners of the world.

Kyle would much rather spend his leisure time on the back nine in a golf cart than roughing it in the backcountry. When not focused on working hard to make Agel the best company it can be, chances are he'll be watching his golf idol Tiger Woods in action, even traveling to watch him win the Master's in 2005.

Kyle is a CPA, holds a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of South Florida. Hailing from a family of seven children, he and his wife have three children of their own and live in Highland, Utah.
