Ukraine Update

The Agel Ukraine office is open for business and is quickly expanding Agel’s influence throughout the country. Under the direction of Vladimir Kozachenko, the Director of Agel Ukraine, new Team Members are enrolling daily and products are being shipped throughout regularly. Vladimir brings more than ten years of industry experience to his new assignment and is anxious to get to know all of the Ukrainian Team Members and their sponsors.

New Assignments at Agel

There are several international visits this month including an exploratory trip to India by Agel Founder Glen Jensen; another to Israel and Russia by Vice President of Team Member Relations, Brent Jensen; and Craig Bradley will return to Japan.

Glen Jensen’s Visit to India

Glen Jensen, Agel’s CEO, will be traveling to Delhi, India with Jesse Riddle, Agel’s President of Greater China. Several interviews with potential executives and Team Members have already been scheduled. Agel has received many inquires relating to India and to Glen’s trip to Delhi.

Agel in Ukraine

Agel recently announced the opening of a second Eastern European country. Agel Ukraine opened for business last month, and is quickly expanding throughout the country. All five Agel products, along with the innovative Agel Pay Plan are available to Team Members living and working in Ukraine. Vladimir Kozachenko is the new Director of Agel Ukraine. Vladimir brings ten years of industry experience to his new job.

We’re officially two months into a new year, and what a great year it has been already. Now is probably as good a time as any to pause and reflect on progress. How are you coming on your goals and objectives for 2006?

I imagine some of you saying to yourself that sixty days isn’t long enough to really tell anything and that there’s still plenty of time left during the months ahead to surpass all of your objectives for the year. Don’t fool yourself. The experts say sixty days is plenty of time to develop a pattern. In fact, the pattern you’ve established in the past sixty days speaks volumes on your commitment level, your drive, and your potential within Agel. If you’re happy with the first two months of 2006, congratulations! If you’re not, change the pattern.

Agel Opens Russia

Agel opened Russia on Wednesday, March 1, 2006 for an initial pre-launch period. The enrollment process is now underway. Starting last Wednesday, Agel Team Members from anywhere can sign up a new Russian Team Member online as they would anyone from any other country, with the following exceptions:

1) When signing up a new team member in Russia, they will use their Passport Number as their ID number. This number is normally 10 numeric digits

2) Russia will launch with Agel EXO and Agel FIT only. These products will begin shipping throughout Russia starting on Monday, March 6.

President's Message – The Three Keys

People ask me all the time what it takes to be successful. It’s really pretty simple. I tell them it all comes down to three things. If you can master these three principles, you will be happy and prosper in this industry and throughout your life.

Let’s start at the very beginning. First you have to know your “Why.” Why are you doing the business in the first place? Is it for the financial freedom and the things money can buy, is it so you’ll have more time to spend at home with your family, is it because of your desire to help others and the overall greater good of all mankind; or maybe a combination of all three. Whatever your “Why,” know it, write it down, and stick with it. And make it as big as you can.

Big Announcements at Israel Regional

Glen Jensen, Agel Founder and CEO, Richard Holt, Agel Controller, and Brent Jensen, Agel Director of International, returned today from a week-long visit to Israel where they participated in the first Agel Regional Conference outside the United States. The two-day event was a huge success drawing nearly 800 Team Members and prospects from Tel Aviv and surrounding Israeli cities.

On Sunday, January 22, while at the regional conference, Agel made the following announcement. Agel is right now preparing to open four new countries. Everyone in the audience cheered loudly when Brent Jensen announced Agel would open the following new countries:

This is important. On November 1, 2005, The Agel Pay Plan will change to include updates and enhancements. These changes will affect all Team Members. Starting in November, the Global Performance Bonus will be fazed out of the Agel pay plan altogether while other pay plan bonuses will be enhanced.
