Prior to Agel, Josh and Margaux Traboulsee, Corporate Directors from Scottsdale, Arizona, said they were “grinding it out.” Margaux worked as a teacher and Josh ran his own property development company. They each worked upwards of 100 hours a week and had no “time freedom to enjoy each other or their families.”

It wasn’t until they meet Corporate Director and upline sponsor Ivan Sisco at a young entrepreneur’s forum that they realized there was another way to achieve lasting financial success and spend their time doing what they wished. Rose Ogra, director from Nigeria, initially wanted nothing to do with Agel after her brother, Ephraim Urevbu, from the United States, had enrolled her in the company without her consent. She admits to being angry at her brother's gesture and deleting all emails from the corporate office and throwing away all literature sent by her brother - all in attempt to keep Agel out of her life. She believed she was already in a fantastic network marketing company even though her business had not grown in several months regardless of her efforts.

In fact, it wasn't until her ever-persistent brother told her that all her team members were bound to leave her to join Agel anyway that she decided she better dig out the literature that she had thrown in the circular filing bin. One of the first things to grab her attention and the second reason for investigating Agel was the appearance of a familiar face - that of Agel's Triple Diamond Director Randy Gage.

It has been a fantastic month here at Agel—our strongest to date. We launched our newly reformulated protein gel, PRO, and followed that up with the announcement of a truly innovative new gel product—and one that I'm convinced will drive huge volume and attract a hoard of new customers—HRT.

I had the added privilege of traveling to London to announce the release of our superstar joint health gel, FLX, to the European Union.

We had fantastic gatherings in Russia, Israel (over 4,000 people), London, and Orlando, Florida. And in the wake of those meetings and in preparation for our annual AgelWorld convention, Agel team leaders are staging pre-sold convention lead-up events in dozens of markets.

Despite his competitive nature, Patrick Cloonan didn't set his sights on winning the Agel Run with the Horses promotion when it was announced at AgelWorld 2006; at least not at first. Initially, he was motivated by Randy Schroeder's declaration to hit Triple Diamond by the end of the month to get his five managers in and secure one of the $2,000 bonus checks.

"At the time I was so concentrated on creating managers in my team that I wasn't focused on the car," said Patrick. "After I got my five though, I started thinking that maybe I could win that Mustang. And then, I really committed and decided that if anyone was going to win the car they'd have to go through me to get it."

What is "autoship" and is it mandatory?

Autoship allows team members to have product automatically shipped to them each month and their credit cards are charged accordingly. Autoship eliminates the hassle of ordering each month so that team members can remain eligible to participate in the Agel pay plan. Autoships are sent out on the 1st, 5th, 10th, 20th, and 25th of each month. Team members can choose one of those dates for their autoship and designate the products that are included in that monthly order. The order can be changed any time prior to the shipment date. Autoship is an optional service provided by Agel.

No. For more information, consult the Agel Policies and Procedures document.

Can I design my own website?

Yes, as long as the Agel name is not in the URL, the Agel logo or product photography is not on any page of the site and Agel products are sold per company Policies and Procedures. You may want to look into using the self-replicating websites Agel provides to Team Members at a nominal fee.

Advertising and Promotion

Agel encourages marketing products in a network marketing format. Advertising is allowed however, the use of corporate intellectual property such as product photography or logos is prohibited. See Policies and Procedures, and the Advertising Compliance Guide.

Where can I find the Agel Pay Plan online?

The Agel Compensation Plan can be found in the Opportunity section of the website. It can also be found on the resources page of the Agel backoffice.

When will I be paid?

Team Members who earn a commission during a given month will be paid for that month on the 15th day of the following month.

Why do I have to wait until the 15th?

The Agel Accounting Department follows very reliable and detailed systems to process and clear credit cards, make sure products are actually shipped and received as reported, and accurately calculate commissions for all of our markets.
