Meet Agel's Newest Double Diamond Directors, Billy Looper and Wes Anderson

They've done it again! Just three months after hitting the coveted Diamond Director rank, Billy Looper and Wes Anderson are Agel's newest Double Diamond Directors. And after hardly a moment of down time they were back to building towards one of their next goals of hitting Triple Diamond. Between events and various ABBs and PBRs, the duo squeezed in a moment for a quick interview. Here's what Billy and Wes had to say about their recent rank advancement.

So you just hit Double Diamond. How do you feel?
Wes: To be honest, we have never been more excited about our business than we are right now. We're seeing so many of our team members hitting ranks and having fun and the business just seems that much more contagious right now. I've never been more excited to wake up and do Agel as I am today.

Ivan Sisco is Helping Others Achieve Success

Ivan Sisco's greatest passion is helping others. Before joining Agel, he worked as a schoolteacher and part-time as a youth counselor for Partners for Youth, a nonprofit organization for at-risk youth located in Atlantic Canada.

But when Eric Worre introduced him to Agel on May 27, 2005, Ivan understood that he could reach his goal of truly helping others in an entirely new way. He promptly resigned his school teaching position and started building his Agel business. Initially it was his belief in Worre's solid track record that hooked him, but later it was the combination of the company, product, timing, management team and stellar compensation plan that confirmed his choice.

Commit to 30 Minutes a Day of Self-Development

For long-term success, it's essential to keep sight of your goals, regularly reconnect with your vision, review progress, and plan your day in advance. So we recommend that every morning that you spend at least 30 minutes preparing yourself, meditating, and writing down thoughts on your success, your plans, and your progress towards your wellness and business goals. Here are just a few things that you can during this time:

* Visualize.
It's proven that the more you can visualize yourself as you will be, the faster you'll get there. This isn't a one-time exercise. It's a regular part of a successful living.

Begin your Private Business Review (PBR) Program

After you've made contact with people, it's time to really talk to them. And you don't do that over the phone. A PBR in the comfort of your own home is the right tool for making meaningful connections with potential team members. It's no surprise that the PBR is where you'll have the most success turning potential team members into dedicated, enrolled members of you team.

How do you hold an effective PBR? Here are some tips:

* Invite at least 10 people.
People have busy schedules. Hopefully everyone you invite will come, but to be sure you have a good group, you should invite at least 10 people to your initial PBR. They can be your closest friends and family. They don't need to be already committed to the product. If you're excited enough about the Agel opportunity, they need to know about it. Don't be shy.

Patrick & Carla Cloonan

Despite his competitive nature, Patrick Cloonan didn't set his sights on winning the Agel Run with the Horses promotion when it was announced at AgelWorld 2006; at least not at first. Initially, he was motivated by Randy Schroeder's declaration to hit Triple Diamond by the end of the month to get his five managers in and secure one of the $2,000 bonus checks.

"At the time I was so concentrated on creating managers in my team that I wasn't focused on the car," said Patrick. "After I got my five though, I started thinking that maybe I could win that Mustang. And then, I really committed and decided that if anyone was going to win the car they'd have to go through me to get it."

I have always loved life and tried to live it to the fullest. In fact, my hobbies include skydiving, skiing, scuba diving and many other thrill-seeking sports. I've always considered myself a successful individual as the owner of a holding company.

As a devoted mother, Joanne Grace knew that in order to spend quality time with her 4-year-old daughter and provide financially she would have to develop a plan. No working two jobs to put money away for a college fund. Working nights while her daughter slept did not work either. According to Grace, of all the options to choose from, network marketing appealed to her because it allowed her both the comforts of a security financial situation and the time to spend with her daughter.

Before finding Agel, she worked as a flight attendant for a company that folded literally overnight. She began working as a beauty therapist but found that her income was limited by the hours that she worked and the number of clients she could pack into her schedule each day.
