JOB SUMMARY:

Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for taking incoming calls and making outbound calls. Each CSR will assist Agel Independent Distributors (Team Members) with order processing, assisting with new Team Member applications and responding to the needs and issues of our customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Receive inbound calls from Team Members and respond to questions regarding company policies, products, programs and events.

Having just returned from a marvelous week in Hawaii, I continue to be amazed at the power each of you has to change the lives of those around you. Seeing how fast Agel continues to grow convinces me that passion for a great product knows no boundaries. We continue to break records here in the US and around the world.

I have come to the conclusion that your ultimate success in life, along with the attainment of all your dreams and goals, lies just outside your comfort zone. It takes a little courage to break out and try new things, to ask for help, and to do something new. We offer a way for you to do just that and take control of your future and reach beyond the numbing security of your comfort zone.

Agel’s first world conference was a success. Here are a few highlights:

• Agel has produced 20 million gel packets since the company’s inception in May 2005. That’s over 6,000 miles of foil.
• Gel technology is a blend of art and science. Agel has applied for patents on all gel products.
• Agel is operating in 18 countries.
• Agel’s launch phase is nearly complete; it is time for Agel to move into the growth phase.

Two new products were announced
• FLX contains four major ingredients that promote healthy joints.

Many wonder why I love my job so much. After all, I’m constantly traveling all over the country and across continents. My kids sometimes have a hard time remembering what color my hair is. When I am at home, I usually have the phone implanted in my ear. It’s a busy life, but I do love it. Why? Because it gives me the opportunity to be with you. There’s something indescribable about watching people grow and make daily progress toward their dreams.

I’ve seen it time and time again in this business: ordinary people accomplishing extraordinary things. Some might call it luck or fate.
