Darren Jensen Chief Operating Officer

Darren Jensen has built a philosophy of innovation based on a favorite quote:

"Without change there is no innovation, creativity, or incentive for improvement. Those who initiate change will have a better opportunity to manage the change that is inevitable. -Douglas Everett

Darren is an agent for change, always on the lookout for new ways to manage and refine the logistics and processes of manufacturing and getting product into the hands of the distributors around the world.

It's a formula that has helped bring success to the companies where Darren has worked. He prepared for Agel by working for some of the heavyweights in the industry: Amway, NuSkin, and along side Glen he helped found Synergy Worldwide.

The Courageous Pursuit of Passion

Having just returned from a marvelous week in Hawaii, I continue to be amazed at the power each of you has to change the lives of those around you. Seeing how fast Agel continues to grow convinces me that passion for a great product knows no boundaries. We continue to break records here in the US and around the world.

I have come to the conclusion that your ultimate success in life, along with the attainment of all your dreams and goals, lies just outside your comfort zone. It takes a little courage to break out and try new things, to ask for help, and to do something new. We offer a way for you to do just that and take control of your future and reach beyond the numbing security of your comfort zone.

How Big is Your “Why” and Where is it Taking You?

Many wonder why I love my job so much. After all, I’m constantly traveling all over the country and across continents. My kids sometimes have a hard time remembering what color my hair is. When I am at home, I usually have the phone implanted in my ear. It’s a busy life, but I do love it. Why? Because it gives me the opportunity to be with you. There’s something indescribable about watching people grow and make daily progress toward their dreams.

I’ve seen it time and time again in this business: ordinary people accomplishing extraordinary things. Some might call it luck or fate. Others might shake their heads and say, “If only I could.” But you can! Each and every one of you has the ability to achieve far beyond your current understanding. You have the secret within you.

Getting There from Here

It has been another remarkable month. The recent growth in Agel continues to fuel excitement worldwide as our message of hope and health rolls forward. As we meet with many of you, my partner, Glen Jensen, and I are amazed at your dedication, hard work, and love for the products and the opportunity. If you haven’t done so already, we invite you to experience the excitement by attending the next ABB or Grand Opening or Super Saturday in your area.

This excitement reminds me of how I was introduced to network marketing, which is a story very similar to the experience many of you have had with joining Agel. Several years ago, I was Vice President of Sales at the second largest private mint in the world. One of our clients was the president of a network marketing company. While I appreciated this man greatly, I had no desire to be involved in his industry. After all, network marketing wasn’t a “real business,” or so I thought at the time. One day he offered me a job. I turned him down cold. He persisted. I remained set in my refusal. One Saturday, he finally talked me into giving him 15 minutes prior to our sons’ soccer match. Three hours later, I walked away wondering how I was going to tell my wife and my current employer that I was changing careers.
