Though not new to the network marketing industry, with Agel, the Bar Levs have seen financial success and personal freedom many never dare to dream about, and up until a few months ago were merely dreams to them.

Yair has long been an entrepreneur at heart. Twenty years ago, someone told him to go fly a kite and he took them literally and opened his own kite business. It was over a decade later, during a kite exhibit in San Diego, that he was introduced to business coaching which would eventually lead him to network marketing.

"We are here because of our dreams," said Shai Samuel, after being recognized as Agel's eighth Diamond Director during the Israel Convention on May 15th.

Shai lives in Haifa, Israel, with his wife, Yaffa, and three children: Ori, age 15, Yuval, age 13, and Amit, age 11. He has worked as a computer technician for the last 25 years and as a Systems Applications and Products (SAP) financial consultant for the last seven. In this capacity, he has led several computer projects for the biggest companies in Israel while Yaffa managed financial operations for a major firm.

Israel Convention

Despite his competitive nature, Patrick Cloonan didn't set his sights on winning the Agel Run with the Horses promotion when it was announced at AgelWorld 2006; at least not at first. Initially, he was motivated by Randy Schroeder's declaration to hit Triple Diamond by the end of the month to get his five managers in and secure one of the $2,000 bonus checks.

"At the time I was so concentrated on creating managers in my team that I wasn't focused on the car," said Patrick. "After I got my five though, I started thinking that maybe I could win that Mustang. And then, I really committed and decided that if anyone was going to win the car they'd have to go through me to get it."

Gail Trembly had been an Agel team member for less than two weeks when she decided to attend AgelWorld 2006. Little did she know, her experience there would prove to be one of the most uplifting and renewing of her life.

"After AgelWorld, I realized that there were still dreams to be had," said Gail. "I learned that it was okay for me to dream again and achieve new levels of personal development."

Gail has spent most of her life dedicated to others, namely by being a foster care provider to dozen's of children over the last 18 years, and mother to three biological and two adopted children for the last 27 years. Though she loves every moment she spends caring for her kids, Gail found her daily routine to be mundane and draining, full of laundry and cleaning and with very little adult interaction.

The Brainwave
Late in 2004, Glen Jensen had an idea—a moment of pure inspiration.

Glen is what you might call a visionary. Over 18 years in the network marketing industry–working his way up from customer service through international sales to the executive suite–Glen has always had a sense for what people want and how they want to get it. He turns new concepts and strategies over in his mind, finding better ways to do things. And as he lay awake in the wee hours of a chilly November morning back in 2004, he began thinking about...gel.

Well, it's finally here - "the most wonderful time of the year!" I send my warmest holiday greetings to each of you and hope this season fills you with enough joy and peace to carry you through the upcoming months of success and prosperity.

One thing I've always noticed about the holidays is the feeling of renewed hope and purpose. We seem to treat each other with more kindness and are more aware of the goodness and possibilities that surround us daily. As I've said many times before, this is what our industry, and especially Agel, is all about. One of my favorite stories illustrates this point beautifully.

I sincerely hope you are enjoying this glorious holiday season. While it is a fantastic time to get together and relive traditions with family and friends, it is also an excellent opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of the past year and begin charting the course for what lies ahead.

As humans, we are innately goal-seeking creatures. It is in our nature to pursue a pre-determined path, and indeed, we are only truly happy when we are living our lives with purpose and direction. This is one reason why the holidays are so important to many of us (depending upon the religious significance we may place upon this time of year).

It’s been a remarkable couple of months. The recent growth of Agel continues to fuel excitement as our message of health and hope rolls forward. As we finish another record-setting month we thank you for your support, dedication and unfailing passion for the most incredible product and opportunity in this industry. Truly, the best keeps getting better. We have been able to create the most lucrative pay plan in the industry. Look at what our first Triple Diamond Directors have accomplished in such a short time. We truly are a new model in this industry and are on track to reach every goal we made when we started this adventure less than 12 months ago. Those who truly want to embrace Agel as a business now have the opportunity for incredible, unlimited income.
