I. PRIVACY POLICY

The Executive Bonus is yet another bonus available to those who enroll at the Executive Level and who are aggressively pursuing growth in their organization. This is how it works:

A pot of dough is put aside for those creating growth.
A pool of 3% of the entire company-wide CV is put aside every month. This amount is then divided up among each team member who has shown significant growth in Team Volume Commissions during that month.

The more you grow your CV, the more of the Executive Bonus you get.
You receive one "share" for every 1,000 CV of growth you create in lesser legs during a given month.

Team Members are encouraged to register online beginning February 5th, 2007, and create their own FIT Challenge Profile. The Profile will outline where you are today and where you want to be. Along with stating your goals, you will be encouraged to submit weekly journal entries detailing your progress.

All new Team Members are assigned an ID number and user password when they enroll. If you have forgotten your Team Member ID number or user password, contact Agel's Customer Service department at 866-599-AGEL. After verifying your information your ID number and password will be resent to your email address.

Don't be fooled by Deon Lewis' calm, thoughtful exterior. His mind is racing—literally. When he isn't helping Glen and other senior leaders spread the word and vision of Agel as the company's first Chief Marketing Officer, Deon can often be found on the sports car racing circuit in a modified BMW.

In his role, Deon oversees strategic planning for communications, marketing, and public relations to team members and consumers worldwide, as well as media and internal communications.

His expertise includes corporate and product brand development, corporate positioning, market evaluation, and strategic communications architectures.

Information and Updates:
• Agel headquarters will be closed on Dec. 31, 2006. This is the last day of the year and happens to fall on a Sunday. It is important team members keep this in mind, as the company wide goal is to wrap the 2006-year with top-notch growth. On Dec. 30 customer service will remain open until midnight MST.

• Mark your calendars and register now for the Go Diamond Weekend event coming up Feb. 2-4 in San Diego, Calif. Details can be found on Agel's home page.

Here’s a run down on who’s traveling where:

Vice President of Business Development Brent Jensen and Regional Manager of ANZ and Greater China Jeremiah Bradley are touring the Australia-New Zealand market this week and next. Double Diamond Director Rob Horkings will accompany them as they host ABBs in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland. The cost for each corporate sponsored event is $10 for team members and, as always, guests are free.

Vice President of Global Sales Jeff Higginson and Vice President of Corporate Affairs Jesse Riddle will be joined by Paul Caldwell on Sept. 23 for a Super Saturday event in Wanchai, Hong Kong.
