 <description>&lt;p&gt;New to the Back Office this month is a list of the top 25 Team Members based on total number of new recruits in the last 30 days. To access this list, click on the “Top 25” button on the left-hand side of the new Agel Dashboard. This list is dynamic and will automatically update on a daily basis. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A second Top 25 List will be added to this feature soon and will include the top 25 income earners for the previous month. This list will be updated once a month, after the commissions are calculated at the end of each pay period.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In the lower left-hand corner of the new Agel Back Office Dashboard is a scrolling list of all those Team Members in your downline who have recently advanced in Rank. This list will help you personally recognize those in your group who are advancing. A phone call or a personal e-mail letter of congratulations is certainly appropriate and appreciated for all advancements.&lt;/p&gt;
